For S/S 18 Pretty Green have collaborated with celebrated British Designer Katie Eary for a 16-piece capsule collection.
Taking inspiration from the Pretty Green vintage paisley and Irvine Welsh’s book ‘The Acid House’. Resulting in a striking, dramatic Toria dragonfly print in a colour palette of greens on a camouflage backdrop and a psychedelic Papilo bluebottle fly print in a colour palette of purples and lilac.

Stars, stripes and predator fish…
...smooth on the surface, disturbed in the depths
British brand KATIE EARY bringing you the freshest style for spring summer 2017, Launching the BRAND NEW diffusion line 'EARY'. The collection entitled 'Barracuda series' revisits Earys love of streetwear. Inspiration for this collection derived from Irvine Welshes fictional character Francis Begbie.
Designs to link the memory of working-class, market-town weekend finery to the abstract distraction of high-viz and the deep blue foreboding of the sea. Apex predators operating outside the law, California dreams-turned-nightmares, an audience coming together to watch how things fall apart.
”It’s a fun collection about the dark things that preoccupy me, viewed through a prism of memory and touched by a feeling of luxury.”
“All the subjects I’m inspired by are a reminder of reality, even if they originate in classic fiction as the kind of inspirational characters we normally dare not admit relating to.”
